The Power Portal is the highest level of training offered at The Academy. It is a six month immersive experience in power dynamics for women who intend to influence outcomes. This is where women come when they are no longer satisfied with performing leadership and are ready to embody it in a way that cannot be dismissed or overshadowed. The program is led by Kasia Urbaniak, founder of The Academy and a globally recognized authority in power and leadership. Her work has been sought by institutions including the Yale School of Management, Wharton, and the US Navy ROTC. Under her guidance, students move rapidly from intellectual understanding to embodied authority.

Six-Month Elite Training in Advanced Power Dynamics

  • Weekly Modules: Comprehensive lessons on power dynamics, communication, and leadership psychology (with regular integration and catch-up weeks).

  • Field Assignments and Real-World Application: Students engage in guided “power missions” - structured exercises that translate concepts into tangible results. 

  • Live Online Training Sessions with Kasia Urbaniak: Interactive sessions featuring live demonstrations, practical frameworks, and Q&A. 

  • In-Person Immersions (New York City):

    • March 14, 2026: One-Day Leadership Intensive

    • June 18-21, 2026: Four-Day Advanced Training Retreat

  • The Power Portal runs from February through July 2026 and includes:

    • Weekly modules delivered online (with integration weeks built in).

    • Live sessions with Kasia Urbaniak for practice, Q&A, and coaching. 

    • Field assignments - practical exercises that translate concepts into action. 

    • Two in-person intensives in New Work City:

      • June 18-21, 2026 - Four-Day Advanced Training

    This hybrid format allows participants to engage deeply while maintaining flexibility alongside their professional commitments.

  • The core materials will be pre-recorded but there will also be live online sessions with Kasia throughout the six-month program.

  • Students should expect to invest around 3-5 hours per week, including live sessions, coursework, and practice assignments. The program is intentionally designed to integrate with busy schedules while maintaining consistent momentum. 

  • Yes. The curriculum is relevant for leaders in all sectors - corporate, entrepreneurial, creative, and nonprofit alike. The skills gained translate directly into greater communication effectiveness, strategic influence, and leadership capacity in professional settings. 

  • Tuition for the 2026 cohort is currently $18,000 (regularly $24,000). Payment plans are available: 

    • 10-month plan: $1,800 x 10

    • 6-month plan: $3,000 x 6

  • No, travel to New York City and accommodations for the live, in-person events are not covered in the cost of the program.
